A Healthcare Attorney should have experience

Job Responsibilities may include:
Providing legal counsel and legal services to a
medical company. Prepares and/or reviews and revises contracts
with physicians, vendors and other organizations. Performing
legal research, analysis and document drafting to assist and
support other attorneys on staff. Overseeing the delivery of
legal services by outside counsel retained by General Counsel.
Providing legal advice involving general healthcare, regulatory,
and compliance matters including advance directives,
guardianship, consent, billing, Medicare and Medicaid
regulations, health facility accreditation, anti-kickback law,
tax-exemption.. Interpreting and analyzing laws, regulations,
case law and government agency directives and guidance.
